Subsidy breakdown

  • EWS/LIG : 6.5% SUBSIDY for a loan up to ₹6 lakh
  • MIG-1 : 4% sUBSIDY for a loan up-to ₹9 lakh
  • mig-2 : 3% subsidy for a loan ₹12 lakh to ₹18 lakh

  • The applicant or their family should not on a pUCCA house anywhere in India.
  • Aadhar card is mandatory for applicant.
  • The applicant must not have Availed any housing scheme benefits from the government earlier.

the online application process for PMAY is straight forward and user friendly:

  1. You must visit the official website to apply for PMAY
  2. click on the “citizen assessment” under the menu.
  3. enter your aadhar number and verify for process.
  4. fill in all the personal details like name, income and family members details.
  5. now, submit the application form and not down your application reference number (ARN) for further tracking.

how to apply for PMAY application offline?

for those who are not able to go through online process, they can also apply PMAY application offline.

  • visit the nearest common service center or a designated PMAY help center/ Jan seva kendra.
  • fill out the application form and submit it along with required documents.
  • keep a copy of the acknowledgement slip for further references.
