Navodaya Vidyalaya NVS: introduction
Navodaya Vidyalaya samiti (NVS) has released the JNVST class 6 admission form 2026 for 654 seats. eligible students who have passed class 5 and are residents of the respective district can apply online at Navodaya Vidyalaya from 30 may to 29 july 2025. no application fee required.
the entrance exam for summer bound regions will be help on 13 december 2025, class 6th admission online form 2025.

entrance exam details
the JNVST entrance exam for summer bound-region will be conducted on 13th december 2025 . this test play crucial role in selection of deserving students for admission into 6th class of jawahar navodaya Vidyalaya’s. the exam is thoughtfully designed to access the overall intellectual ability of the students focusing on three main areas – mental ability , language proficiency, and arithmetic skills.
the entrance exam will be conducted on an offline mode using OMR sheets, where the students will need to mark their answers by shading the correct options. to ensure accessibility for all, the question paper will be available in regional languages, hindi / english, depending on the preference selected during the online application process. the multi-languages approach allows students from different linguistic background to complete on an equal platform.
